1. Rates shown below are for 6 people occupancy,
add $100.00
per week per person for
each additional occupant over 6
2. No Smoking – no exceptions
3. Pets – add &50.00/week per pet - must be pre-approved
4. $500.00 Deposit due at time of reservation to be used as security deposit
5. Gross rental fee due 30 days in advance of arrival (does not include deposit)
